Information related to handheld terminal or SIM card: We may collect information about the handheld terminal running the Furspark CPP Overseas, such as SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet service providers, application identifiers, App version, App distribution channels, unique device identifier, iOS identity for advertisers (IDFA), Android advertising identifier, MAC address, DID, firmware version, international mobile equipment identity (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, version of the operating system of terminal device, session start/stop time, location of language, time zone and network state.

III. Collection for realizing service purpose

1. You do not need a user account to use this software. If you want to enjoy more functions of this software, you can register this App and provide relevant personal information. You must warrant and undertake:

a. In order to achieve the service purpose, Furspark CPP Overseas will collect your personal information by technical means, but such personal information is limited to the necessary information like the ID of your phone, ID of intelligent device of pet and the usage time.

b. “Furspark CPP Overseas ” adopts the asynchronous development mode of multiple platforms and supports Android and ISO operating system:

b1. When you use Android system, “Furspark CPP Overseas” needs to send an activation message to the Furspark CPP Overseas server. The SMS charges are same as the regular SMS fees and will be collected by the carrier. Upon activation, you can use “Furspark CPP Overseas” for free;

b2. When you use ISO system, the information collected by Furspark CPP Overseas is only limited to the necessary information for enjoying the basic services of “Furspark CPP Overseas” while you are using Furspark CPP Overseas via various mobile operating system.

2. Based on different business scenarios, Furspark CPP Overseas connects to the third-party SDK. Furspark CPP Overseas will only use your personal information for legal, legitimate and necessary purpose, and take strict security measures to protect your personal information;

a. In order to realize Furspark CPP Overseas’s function of sending file and SMS messages, Furspark CPP Overseas uses “MobTech” sharing service and SMS verification service.For details about the type of information collected by MobTech, purpose, personal information protection rules and opt-out mechanism, please refer to the Privacy Policy;

c. To realize the service function of ads push, Furspark CPP Overseas applies “BeiZi SDK”, which will collect your personal information. Refer to the Privacy Policy for the Terms of Service of “BeiZi SDK”.

In order to achieve the function of locating abnormal crash, Furspark CPP Overseas uses “UC Crash SDK”, which will collect your device information, account information, operating data and IP address-related information, and create operation logs for data analysis. IV. Device access

While you operate the device through APP, it’s required to verify the authenticity of the device so we will verify the factory MAC and DID information to confirm the legal identity of device. Besides, if the device needs to be connected to the network, you need to set the corresponding network via the APP. This requires you to input corresponding Wi-Fi name and password that will be used for network configuration of the device. The Wi-Fi and password you fill in will be encrypted and stored locally on the device, and will not be uploaded to the server. So you can access the device and delete these information at any time. We also need to analyze the device's IP and network signal to determine the optimal network connection method. This will ensure the stability of the device network.

V. Information you provided

Furspark CPP Overseas will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep confidential the information you provided. With your consent, we will provide you with news, information, version upgrade and other services.

VI. “Furspark CPP Overseas” software is a tool used between users to send information and other contents.

f you send information or other contents to another user, “Furspark CPP Overseas” server will save such information/contents for you and send them to such user.

VII. Information you provided by other means

We may collect your personal information by other means (e.g. email, information download, purchasing products or services, user support, feedback). If you fill in your personal information on other open platforms, other users may get your information.

VIII.Other information about you

To facilitate your use of the “Furspark CPP Overseas” software, our server will collect the information about your mobile communication devices, such as the model, device ID, Internet protocol address, the time and location of your visit, routing data packets, information sender and received data (but not the information itself), and other similar characteristic records. *Cancellation of personal account*

You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can do as follows: Enter app - “APP Settings - Account - Cancel Account” to submit application for cancellation. Then our workers will help you complete cancellation. You know and understand that canceling your account is an irreversible operation. After you canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal or make your personal data anonymous unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

*Collection and Use of Personal Information of Minors*

1. We recommend that minors under the age of 18 use this site and “Furspark CPP Overseas” with the permission and under the guidance of their statutory guardian.
