Cannot find the device you want to connect? Please follow the guide below for troubleshooting

1. Device is not powered on or has not completed the power-on setup

Turn on the device and follow the power-on setup instructions (if applicable);

2. Device is not nearby or there are objects interfering with the Bluetooth signal

Please keep the distance between your phone and the device within 3 meters, and move away any objects that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal.

3. Frequent Bluetooth scanning causing Bluetooth search anomalies

If continuous Bluetooth scans result in no response after searching or search failures, please try restarting your phone's Bluetooth or retrying after waiting for a while.

4. Device is already connected to another phone

Method one: Turn off the Bluetooth on the other phone that is connected to the device, then use this phone to go back to the add device page and search for Bluetooth;

Method two: Reset the device to factory settings and follow the device power-on setup instructions.

5. If the device is already in a network and cannot connect normally

Method one: Check if the front device is powered on and functioning properly. It is recommended to use the device when the front device is powered on and functioning properly;

Method two: If the front device cannot power on normally, slide down to the bottom of the device page in the app and click the "Disconnect Network" button to disconnect the device from the network, then reconnect to the rear (non-front) device. Alternatively, long-press the body button of the rear device to reset it to factory settings and then reconnect to the rear device.
